Course Distances:
Iron Person & Teams – The course consists of a 1/3-mile swim, 14.8-mile bike course and a 4-mile run.
Youth Triathlon : Includes a 100-yard swim, 1.5-mile bike and ½-mile run course. Flotation devices are allowed. Parents are encouraged to participate with youth to cheer them on along the way.
